House Cleansing and Blessing:

Any space, be is a business or home, needs it’s energy managed. Spaces collect our emotions, thoughts, disagreements, and build upon each other making a space feel heavy. 

We all deserve to occupy a space that feels supportive and calm, there is enough tension in the world. 

This is also true when selling or buying a home, moving in or out of a home you are renting, the energy needs a cleaning to welcome the new occupants.

Working with Realtors and home sellers also welcome.

If there appears to be a discrepancy of size we can adjust and clear up any due fees before the session. These can also be a smokeless experience while still calling upon the Spirit of Sage.

• $150 - Up to 1500 square feet up to 1.5 hrs (additional time is an additional fee)
• $200 - 1500 - 2500 square feet up to 2 hrs (additional time is an additional fee)
• $250 - 2500 - 3500 square feet up to 2.5 hrs (additional time is an additional fee)
• $300 - 3500 - 4500 square feet up to 3 hrs (additional time is an additional fee)
• $350 - 4500 - 5500 and plus up to 3.5 hrs (additional time is an additional fee)

If inspired to walk the grounds this will be after the initial home walk, with permission, there may be connections to the land that is part of the uneasy feeling or disruption.

The Blessing and Cleansing process will be recorded for the safety of myself and the client.

Home or Business Blessing & Cleansing: 

When you notice the energy of your space just does not feel right, arguments seem to come out of no where, you feel agitated for no reason, this may be due to dirty energy. We occupy these spaces with most of the day, they harbour important relationships, as well as host significant events in our lives. A house cleansing now and again is important, especially when trying to sell a space or moving into a space. 

What was the energy of the previous occupants, the builders, did the business do well previously? Were the people who worked here happy? So many questions.

Honour the spirit of your home and or business and live intentionally. Managing your own energy is not just of yourself, but your space as well.

Travel Expenses:

These services are intended to be within Calgary Alberta and surrounding areas.

I live in Chestermere, therefore travel expenses are based not he time it takes from here. 

Travel fees cover time, gas, vehicle use etc. which will apply to distances greater than 25km (one way) from Chestermere, which is in addition to the initial fee of service

The max distance of travel is 75km

$1 each additional km is the travel fee

• Valuables Disclaimer: "The client acknowledges that Terra Intuitively shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of valuables left in the premises during the cleansing and blessing process. It is the client's responsibility to secure all valuables prior to the cleaning service's arrival".
